You agree that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for updating your Account information if any details change.
Each person is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Creating multiple Accounts (duplicate accounts, alternate accounts, or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. ojol88 employs automated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on IP address, device fingerprint, payment method, and KYC documentation. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. You agree to notify ojol88 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your Account or any other security breach. ojol88 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.
ojol88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated this Agreement, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses, or otherwise acted in a manner detrimental to the integrity of the platform. Upon Account closure, you forfeit the right to any pending bonuses, promotional credits, or loyalty points. Legitimate Account balances (deposits and verified winnings) will be returned to you following completion of any necessary investigations.

All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page. Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly. If a deposit is not credited within 15 minutes, contact customer support immediately with your transaction reference number.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts, or accounts held by individuals other than yourself are strictly prohibited. ojol88 reserves the right to request proof that you are the legitimate owner of the payment method used to fund your Account. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in deposits being refunded and your Account being suspended.
ojol88 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors.
You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to the terms of this Agreement and the completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used to make your most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed during our business hours (08:00–24:00 WIB, Monday–Sunday).
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and Account verification status. Standard processing times are as follows:
Unverified accounts may experience delays of up to 24 hours while KYC documentation is reviewed. Large withdrawals exceeding IDR 50,000,000 may be subject to additional review and may require up to 72 hours for processing.

All bets placed on ojol88 are subject to the specific rules of the sport, game, or event on which the bet is placed. General rules and sport-specific rules are available in our FAQ section. In the event of a dispute, ojol88's decision is final.
Bets are settled based on the official result of the event as declared by the governing body of the sport or competition (e.g., FIFA for football, EPL for Premier League matches, BRI Liga 1 for Indonesian league matches). ojol88 is not responsible for delays in result publication or for results that are later overturned due to post-match penalties, disqualifications, or other factors.

ojol88 is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ojol88 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall ojol88 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your Account during the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ojol88, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ojol88 is licensed and regulated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body designated by ojol88.
Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting ojol88 customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may proceed to arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Each party shall bear its own costs and fees, unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent of the parties.
This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and ojol88 with respect to your use of the platform. It supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, representations, or communications, whether written or oral.
ojol88 reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address registered on your Account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of ojol88 after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
